General terms and conditions of business

The following general terms and conditions govern the offer and sale (together with the documents specified below, including the privacy policy and the general conditions of use) of the products on our website (www.zcollector.de). Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Products. By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The products purchased on www.zcollector.de are sold directly by Zheng Collector (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”, “we” or “us”). Small company Agreed Clo (operator of www.zcollector.de) has its registered office in Germany, Neumühle 7a, 41812 Erkelenz, registration number in the commercial register (follows), tax number (follows) and VAT identification number (follows). 1. Our Terms and Conditions

The Seller offers Products for sale on the Website and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, that is, the “Consumers”.

A “consumer” is any natural person who acts in business transactions for purposes that cannot be attributed to their professional or commercial activity. If you are not a consumer, please do not purchase products on www.zcollector.de.

The Seller reserves the right not to process orders placed by users who are not “consumers” as well as orders that do not comply with the Seller's terms and conditions.

These general terms and conditions govern (together with the documents referred to therein) the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders relating to the products on www.zcollector.de between the users of www.zcollector.de and the seller.

The general terms and conditions do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties that are available on www.zcollector.de via links, banners and other hypertext connections. Before submitting orders or purchasing products and services from these third parties, we recommend that you check the terms and conditions of these third parties, as the seller is in no way responsible for the provision of services by third parties or the conduct of e-commerce transactions between users of www .zcollector.de and third parties can be held liable.

2. Performance of a contract with the seller

To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on www.zcollector.de, you must complete the online form and submit it electronically to the seller according to the relevant instructions.

The order contains a summary of the general terms and conditions, information about the main characteristics of each product ordered and their respective prices (including all applicable fees and taxes), the payment options you can use to purchase the products, the shipping conditions for the products purchased Products, the shipping and delivery costs and the conditions for returning the purchased products.

An order is considered submitted when the seller receives your order form electronically and the order information is determined to be correct.

Before submitting your order form to purchase products, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully, print a copy using the “Print” option and save or make a copy of them for your personal use.

The order form will be stored in our database for the period necessary to process your order and for the period required by law. You can access your order form by clicking on the My Order section in the customer service area.

Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to review all entries and correct any errors.

The German language applies to the fulfillment of contracts with the seller.

After you submit your order form, the seller processes your order.

2.9
The seller will not process orders if there are insufficient credit guarantees, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been fulfilled and that the seller has not fulfilled your order, stating the relevant reasons. If the products displayed on www.zcollector.de are no longer available at the time of your last access, the seller will inform you within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order that the products are no longer available. If the order form has been submitted and the price for the products no longer available has already been paid, the seller will refund the amount paid for the items in question.

By submitting an order form and entering into a contract with the seller, you unconditionally accept the provisions of these general terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them. If you do not agree with certain provisions of these general terms and conditions, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.zcollector.de.

By submitting an order form, you agree to these general terms and conditions and all other terms and conditions contained on www.zcollector.de, including via links, including the terms of use and the privacy policy.

When submitting an order form, the Seller will send you a confirmation of your order by email with a summary of the information contained in the order form (general conditions, main characteristics of the product, detailed information on price, payment conditions, return conditions and shipping costs).

3. Guarantee and pricing information

On www.zcollector.de we offer products with the brands “Louis Vuitton”, “Gucci”, “Prada”, “Yves Saint Laurent”, “MCM”, “Hermes”, “Bottega Veneta”, “Chloé”, “Valentino Garavani", "Miu Miu", "dolce & gabbana", "Fendi". We purchase these products from wholesalers, private sellers, authorized outlet stores and specialized online platforms.

3.2
The seller particularly sells used products. Some of these may also have defects and/or damage. If this applies to products, this will be explicitly indicated separately in writing and photos.

3.3
The main features of the products are indicated on each product page through photos and text descriptions on www.zcollector.de. Due to the internet browser or screen used, the products offered for sale on www.zcollector.de may not exactly correspond to the actual goods in terms of appearance and color.

3.4
Prices are subject to change and, except in the event of obvious errors, are as stated on our website. Please check the final selling price again before submitting the order.

3.5
Orders placed through the website of a country other than the country to which the goods are being shipped or to addresses to which the seller cannot deliver will be automatically deleted.

3.6
All products purchased via www.zcollector.de are provided with an identification label with a disposable closure. For further information regarding the right of withdrawal and our return conditions, see Right of withdrawal.

3.7
As a consumer (see definition in section 1.2 above), you are entitled to the various guarantees required by law that the products sent to you comply with the contract you have entered into with us.

3.8
The respective statutory warranty for defects applies to all products sold by the seller. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the event of non-conformity immediately from the date of discovery of the non-conformity. Please contact our Customer Service. In the event of a mismatch, you must decide whether to repair the item or replace it with another item. If these means are impossible or disproportionate, you are entitled to either demand a reasonable price reduction from the seller or to withdraw from the contract.

4. Payments
4.1
The prices for the products and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs must be paid using one of the payment methods specified in the order form.

4.2
When paying by credit/debit card, all information (e.g. card number or expiry date) is transmitted in encrypted form to Sparkasse Heidelberg or another bank that provides electronic remote payment services, without third parties having access to this data. This data will only be used by the seller to process your purchase or refund amounts in the event of returns, exercising your right of return or to report cases of fraud to the police. You will only be charged the price for the purchase of Products and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs as set out in the Order Form when the purchased Products are actually dispatched.

5. Shipping and delivery of the products
You can have the purchased products delivered to an address of your choice in your country. For precise information on shipping and delivery, please refer to the customer service area. Please read these sections carefully. The information contained in these sections is an integral part of the general terms and conditions. It is therefore assumed that you have read and accepted them in full when submitting your order.

7. Consumer rights and right of withdrawal
Please note the return and cancellation conditions, which are part of the general terms and conditions of sale.

8. Return of damaged, faulty or incorrect items
8.1
Regardless of the payment method used, the full or partial refund will be processed by the Seller as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller informs of your decision to withdraw and as soon as full compliance with the return procedures and the returned products have been checked.

8.2
The Seller will refund you the amount using the same payment method that you used to purchase the returned Products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller on a different payment method and on the condition that you will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund . 

8.3
If the recipient of the Products specified in the Order Form and the person who paid for the Products do not match, the Seller will refund the person who made the payment the amount paid for the returned Products.

8.4
The value date for the credit corresponds to the value date for the original payment, so you will not incur any disadvantages or loss of interest.

8.5
We will generally refund payments received from you using the same method you used to make the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

8.6
The Seller will refund the price of the Products in accordance with the relevant deadline as specified Return. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any delays beyond its control. This includes delays due to the purchase or refund method, e.g. E.g.:
a. delays due to credit/debit card companies' refund policies;
b. Payment via PayPal (if available): Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The deadline for crediting your credit card/bank account linked to your PayPal account depends on the credit card company/institution.
